Our buds at PYT have truly outdone themselves this time around, with the this-week-only Bacon Shell Burger Taco, which they explain like so:

“We’ve actually created a taco shell out of 100% bacon. And filled this crispy beauty with a taco seasoned beef burger, shredded cheddar & pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce, fresh pico de gallo and an avocado & cilantro ranch sauce. Served with house made tortilla chips and salsa. “

The catch: The shells are super-time-consuming to prepare, so they’re only serving 20 of them per day. Get there early; you can always stop at the ER on the way home.
