Eat Too Much At East Passyunk Restaurant Week? There’s Taxi To Take You Home Now

Parking in South Philly is usually a lawless, survival of the fittest world filled with broken lawn chairs and blocked off spots, but that’s about to change, a little. In celebration of the East Passyunk Restaurant Week , a new taxi stand has been installed on Passyunk Ave. between Tasker and Morris St. Starting February 24th, the stand will be open every night for Restaurant Week until March 2nd. After that, the stand will operate on Friday and Saturday nights. And for the fancier folk heading down there, two valet stands have been set up at Broad and Mifflin and the Singing Fountain. It’s eight bucks with restaurant validation and fifteen without. Like the taxi stand, valet services will operate on Friday and Saturdays after March 2nd.
